Sophie is passionate about Women's Health and Back Care and how the body changes over the course of our lives. 

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates to gain strength, mobility and Flexibility without adding bulk. It can help prevent injury and help to alleviate pain. It is a full body workout. Suitable for all.
